How to Get to our 12th Annual Roundup

From Seattle or Vancouver take Interstate 5 north to Exit 230 (highway 20). Follow the signs to Anacortes and the San Juan Ferry. Proceed west on Highway 20 to Anacortes and again follow the signs to the ferry landing. Allow approximately 2 1/4 hours from SeaTac airport.

Coming off the ferry, you'll be directed to the left, onto Horseshoe Highway, which will take you across the island (it's our one and only major road-even if it is only two lanes). You'll pass through our largest town (3 blocks long) of Eastsound, drive past Crescent Beach and take a right where the road T's off. Don't worry, there will be plenty of signs pointing to Rosario and/or Moran State Park. Just follow these signs.

Once you've passed under Moran State Park's arches, you'll keep driving past Cascade Lake until you see a sign on the right hand side of the road which says Environmental Learning Center. Congratulations! You've made it! Check out our Pictures page for photos of the arch and the sign.
